To enable GMB Executive Search and Selection to offer an enhanced service of international search to our clients we became a member of EMA Partners International.

EMA Partners International is a worldwide network of independently owned firms involved in executive search service on a national and international basis.  EMA was founded in 1988 and has over 40 members in 31 countries with over 100 consultants employed in these member firms.  It operates in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia and is one of the leading executive search organisations in the world.

Each year EMA Partners International holds a regional meeting in Europe, North America and South America and an annual conference in one of these continents.  The 2003 European Regional Meeting was hosted by GMB Executive Search & Selection and was held in Dublin and the Global Conference was held in Berlin, where two new members were welcomed i.e. India and Poland.  The 2004 European Regional Meeting was held in Lisbon and the Global Conference in Montreal.  The 2005 European Regional Meeting will be held in Moscow and the Global Conference in Malaysia.
